Archiving policy

The scientific journal ‘Grain Crops’ ensures long-term availability of full-text articles and issues in open access through a reliable archiving system. All electronic versions of the journal are stored on the official website of the publication with open access. Each article is provided with a unique DOI, which guarantees an active link for citation.

Technical facilities include archival backup, version control, and archiving in stable digital formats, ensuring compatibility with modern publishing and library platforms, in accordance with international FAIR principles. This policy ensures that all published materials will be available in open access to readers, libraries, and researchers on a permanent basis, fully preserving the integrity and authenticity of scientific publications.

After publication of scientific articles in accordance with legislative requirements for confidentiality, articles are deposited in the repository of the State Enterprise Institute of ‘Grain Crops’ of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine https://institut-zerna.com/library/index.htm; electronic archive of the scientific journal ‘Grain Crops’ https://journal-grain-crops.com/arhiv.

In addition, the journal stores its metadata and full texts of articles to ensure long-term digital preservation of articles in various national and international repositories:
