Procedure for Handling Complaints on Publication Ethics Violations

The Editorial Board of the scientific journal undertakes to consider all complaints and suggestions in accordance with their nature and complexity, and to be guided by the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) when making decisions.

Complaints or suggestions should be sent to red.bul.isgsz@gmail.com.

Complaints should be concise, informative, and contain substantiated evidence clearly demonstrating a possible violation of publication ethics, with the applicant's contact details.

In the event that the complaint is confirmed to be justified, the Editorial Board will take appropriate steps, including publishing a statement of concern, correcting the article, and retracting and/or removing the article or data set related to the identified problem.

All communication regarding the complaint review process will be conducted exclusively by email. Authors and complainants receive written notification of the results of the complaint review.

The Editorial Board reserves the right not to investigate complaints that fall outside the scope of the journal's responsibility (e.g., personal complaints against individuals) or that are submitted in an offensive, threatening, or defamatory manner.
